Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days. During holidays, new product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in the Oak Cliff/Dallas, Texas area. If local pickup is selected at checkout, you’ll receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our products are made to order, all sales are final.
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
You received the wrong item.
Your item arrived damaged.
There is a manufacturing or printing defect.
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can quickly assist you.
